Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a light-weight foam concrete capable of increasing an adjustment width of curing time till a raw material slurry injected in a mold becomes semi-hardened body with suitable hardness for cutting, adjusting time capable of cutting the semi-hardened body by a piano line in an appropriate range, and efficiently corresponding to variations of order volume of the light-weight foam concrete.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of ALC by using early strength portland cement as cement, curing time till a semi-hardened body is obtained and time capable of cutting the semi-hardened body by a piano line are adjusted by modulating the amount used of the early strength portland cement in a range of 12 wt.% or more and less than 20 wt.% based on the whole solid raw material, and modulating the amount used of caustic lime in a range of 6 wt.% to 11 wt.% based on the whole raw material depending the amount used of the early strength portland cement.
