Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding device and method and fluid bed dryer, which allows for uniform supply of raw material with improved drying efficiency, without enlargement of the device.SOLUTION: Provided are: a distributor 131 having a plurality of vanes 145, 146, and 147 arranged at prescribed intervals in circumferential direction, which are rotatably supported by a rotational axis 144 hanging down above a dehydration vessel 101 in vertical direction and have different downward inclination angles relative to horizontal direction; a coal supply part 132 which can supply coal from above the dehydration vessel 101 toward the distributor 131; and a rotary driving device 133 which can rotate the distributor 131.
