PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a pinball game machine equipped with a game board unit having compatibility with a game board unit, the entire board surface of which is formed of a transparent plate and that uses a conventional veneer game board.SOLUTION: The pinball game machine comprises: a game board unit 6 including a game board 31 on which a game component is mounted, and a back cover 51 that is demountably mounted on a back face side of the game board 31 and covers the game component from a rear side; and a game board unit mounting frame that removably retains the game board unit 6 formed into prescribed board thickness t at an outer peripheral part thereof. The back cover 51 integrally includes a board thickness adjusting rib 52 disposed at the rear side thereof along the outer periphery of the game board 31 in fixed width, where the board thickness of the game board 31 and the width of the board thickness adjusting rib 52 are fitted to each other into the prescribed board thickness t.
