BUFFER CIRCUIT AND SWITCH CONTROL CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of harmonics in a high frequency band.SOLUTION: A buffer circuit includes: a first inverter circuit for outputting an inversion of an input signal; a second inverter circuit for outputting an inversion of the output signal of the first inverter circuit; an impedance element connected between an output node of the first inverter circuit and an input node of the second inverter circuit; a first conductivity type switching element operative to raise a potential of an output node of the second inverter circuit when the input signal exceeds a first threshold voltage; and a second conductivity type switching element operative to lower the potential of the output node of the second inverter circuit when the input signal falls below a second threshold voltage.
