FIRE ALARM FACILITIES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventional fire alarm facilities can discriminate abnormality in wiring of a sensor line, but it cannot notify performance deterioration and failure of a fire sensor by a fire control panel.SOLUTION: Fire alarm facilities 1 includes: a sensor line 20 connected to a fire control panel 10; and one or a plurality of fire sensors 30 connected to the sensor line 20 and notifying a fire by lowering a line voltage of the sensor line 20 to a predetermined voltage. The fire sensor 30 includes: an abnormality determination unit 33 for detecting performance deterioration of the fire sensor 30; and a state outputting part 35 for notifying performance deterioration by lowering the line voltage of the sensor line 20 by a predetermined voltage when the abnormality determination unit 33 has detected performance deterioration of the fire sensor 30. To the sensor line 20, a termination device 40 for disconnecting the sensor line 20 is connected. When the line voltage becomes a fire sensor abnormality threshold value or less, the termination device 40 determines that the line voltage has been lowered by the predetermined voltage, and disconnects the sensor line 20.
