Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide outdoor equipment of an air conditioner having a socket which may be used in a cold region.SOLUTION: Outdoor equipment 100 includes: a base plate 12 where a hole part 13 is formed; and a socket 50 which is attached to the base plate 12 with a gap part 16 disposed between the socket 50 and a lower surface of the base plate 12 and forms a first drain channel through the hole part 13. The gap part 16 functions as a second drain channel which guides drain water from the hole part 13 to the exterior when the first drain channel is closed.
