Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding contact member which suppresses increase of mechanical friction resistance and electric contact resistance of the sliding contact member due to aging and an increasing number of uses and has stable electromechanical characteristics.SOLUTION: A stable sliding contact member is produced by applying a solution containing single-crystal nano diamond particles which have primary particle sizes of 3-6 nm and semiconductor characteristics and blending a metal plating film or an organic polymer material with nano diamond by dispersion plating or mechanical mixing to form a nano-diamond-blended sliding contact surface so as to obtain a stable sliding contact member. As the semiconductor nano diamond, diamond having an activation energy level of 0.1-1 e is used. The semiconductor nano diamond is adhered by dispersion or blended in a composite form, in a weight ratio of 0.0005-1 wt.%, and an impurity decomposition effect by an excitable carrier around room temperature and a metal surface activation effect and utilized. |
