Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester production method which has high removal efficiency of a cyclic oligomer in a polyester and reduces processing time compared with conventional methods.SOLUTION: The polyester production method according to the invention, polyester including cyclic oligomer as impurity is subjected to contact with a processing solvent including alcohol. Then, temperature and pressure are controlled so that the alcohol becomes a supercritical state or a subcritical state, for removing the cyclic oligomer.
