MANUFACTURING DEVICE OF MOVING HANDRAIL FOR MAN CONVEYOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of a moving handrail for a man conveyor capable of equalizing contact resistance of a surface to be in contact with a metal mold, even in canvas having a plurality of different friction characteristics.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device comprises a body resin part 16 presenting a cross-sectional C shape and formed in an endless shape and canvas 18 provided along a longitudinal direction of the body resin part on an inside surface of the body resin part, in which the canvas comprises base cloth 19 provided in the body resin part and having high friction characteristics and sliding cloth 20 provided on the base cloth so as to cover a part of the surface of the base cloth and having friction characteristics lower than that of the base cloth, and comprises a metal mold 27 for integrally molding the body resin part and the canvas, an extruder 25 for extruding a moving handrail molded by the metal mold and a guide belt 28 arranged so as to contact a central part lower surface of the base cloth having the high friction characteristics in the metal mold and constituted in an endless shape having the same low friction characteristics as the sliding cloth; and the endless guide belt is extruded from the metal mold together with the canvas.
