Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid member which has good sealability, and exhibits sufficient adhesion preventing effect against content with a high milkfat and fat, and provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A lid member is formed by sequentially laminating a base material layer 1, a hot-melt layer 2, and an adhesion preventing seal layer 3. The adhesion preventing seal layer is formed of modified polyolefin resin 5 in which hydrophobic silica particles 4 which is surface-treated by a fluorine silane coupling agent are dispersed. Irregularities are formed from a surface of the adhesion preventing seal layer and a height difference of the irregularities is 5-100 μm.
