Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle power supply device capable of more effectively utilizing power of a battery block while preventing the battery block from being used hard.SOLUTION: First to third battery blocks 11 to 13 are connected in parallel with each other while including at least one battery cell 11a, a current detection section 11b and a switch 11c which are connected in series, respectively. Control means 2 defines any one of the battery blocks 11-13 which includes the current detection section 11b where abnormality occurs, as an abnormal block and disconnects the abnormal block from the other normal blocks by opening the switch 11c of the abnormal block. Afterwards, if a power supply state of a vehicle is a parking state, the switch 11c of the abnormal block is closed, thereby supplying power of the abnormal block to the normal blocks.
