SWITCH DRIVING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch driving device that allows compensating a driving voltage of a switch in good responsibility.SOLUTION: A switch driving device 15 for a switch 13 having multi-emitter terminals 10 includes: a switch control section 17 electrically connected to the switch 13 and performing on/off control of the switch 13; a series circuit 22 of a first resistor 19 and a second resistor 21 electrically connected between one of the multi-emitter terminals 10 and a first ground GND1; and a voltage stabilization circuit 23 electrically connected to the switch control section 17 and converting an external voltage Vcc into a switch-control-section driving voltage Vd to supply the converted voltage to the switch control section 17. The other of the multi-emitter terminals 10 is electrically connected to the first ground GND1, a connection point 25 between the first resistor 19 and the second resistor 21 is electrically connected to a ground terminal 27 of the voltage stabilization circuit as a second ground GND2, and a ground terminal 29 of the switch control section is electrically connected to the first ground GND1.
