COMMUNICATION SERVICE PROVISION SYSTEM, AND COMMUNICATION SERVICE PROVISION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication service provision system and a communication service provision method, without the need of implementation of a terminal function and setting work by a user to obtain authentication and connect to a service provider network, at a connection to the service provider network from a terminal through a fixed network.SOLUTION: With the provision of a traffic distribution function unit (200) in a fixed network (103), the traffic distribution function unit (200) performs connection between terminals (101A, 101B, 101C) and the fixed network (103), by a communication scheme available by each terminal, and also performs connection to service provider networks (104A, 104B, 104C) located farther with a connection policy fit to a service request. This enables the various terminals (101A, 101B, 101C) to receive service provision from the service provider networks (104A, 104B, 104C) only by the connection to the fixed network (103). With this, versatile services to be provided in the fixed network (103) become obtainable in future.
