LED LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE AND VEHICULAR LIGHTING FIXTURE EMPLOYING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light source which prevents reduction of product yield, is stabilized for a long time, further improves unity of light sources, aligns light distribution even in each of lighting states and is capable of improving the look in the case where a multi-LED type LED light-emitting device is used to obtain a vehicular lighting fixture by which lighting can be performed while selecting the quantity of radiation light.SOLUTION: An LED light-emitting device in which a plurality of LED elements of the same type are mounted, comprises: a pedestal part including a circular first cavity of which the center is matched with an optical center of the device, and a ring-shaped second cavity surrounding the first cavity; an LED element group A placed within the first cavity; and an LED element group B placed within the second cavity. The centers of the LED elements in each group are disposed at equal intervals concentrically around the optical center of the LED light-emitting devices, respectively, thereby obtaining a symmetric arrangement with respect to the optical center, and an external terminal is provided so as to select two lighting states of a lighting state of only the LED element group A and a lighting state of all the elements.
