MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system which supports an administrator to generate an optimal preventive maintenance plan by allowing him/her to easily grasp preventive maintenance operations to be corrected and reduces his/her labor in presenting the preventive maintenance plan.SOLUTION: A management system for managing criteria for executing a preventive maintenance operation retains fault information in which faults which have occurred in each machine are registered, machine master information associating each machine with a group which the machine belongs to and preventive maintenance template information in which preventive maintenance operation execution criteria are registered per group. When receiving an input of at least one group, the system refers to the machine master information, identifies machines belonging to the input group, refers to the fault information, calculates the number of faults which have occurred in the identified machines and presents the calculated number of faults per group.
