Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product quality analyzer which is capable of exactly and quickly specifying the cause of the occurrence of a defective of products in a production line.SOLUTION: A quality analyzer 6 includes a production information acquisition unit 61 which acquires production information in a production line, a pattern generation unit 62 which generates patterns of the production information acquired by the production information acquisition unit 61, and a quality trend analysis unit 63 which determines correlativity among the plurality of patterns generated by the pattern generation unit 62 to analyze a quality trend of products. Since correlativity among the plurality of patterns is determined, an optimal pattern for analysis of the quality trend of products can be obtained. Therefore, the cause of the occurrence of a defective of products in the production line can be exactly and quickly specified.
