Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively estimate and measure noise propagation between wirings of a main power source in a printed circuit board mounting an inverter circuit of a motor.SOLUTION: Observation terminals are placed in power source wirings of a noise assailant and sufferer. Formed is a measuring jig board in which a solid plane having the same size as a measuring board and a position and reference of the same observation terminal is placed in the undermost layer. When evaluated, an S parameter of a dual port is obtained by superimposing two boards, inserting a test pin into a through via placed in a reference potential node and electrically connecting reference potential of the two boards. The amount of noise propagation is estimated from a transfer coefficient S21.
