Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant supply apparatus configured to allow lubricant to be relatively easily supplied when lubricant stored in the lubricant supply apparatus has run out, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A lubricant supply apparatus 40 supplies lubricant through a supply port toward a lubricant supply unit which supplies lubricant onto an image carrier. A solid lubricant 41 is detachably (replaceably) installed in the lubricant supply apparatus 40. A shaving roller 42 (shaving member) is disposed, which rotates in a predetermined direction and comes into contact with the solid lubricant 41 to shave the lubricant.
