Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that: it is required to newly install a life assessment apparatus to theoretically estimate the service life of an air blower, but such a life assessment apparatus is not installed in conventional air blowers; temporal maintenance is performed when no life assessment apparatus is provided; accordingly, repair work is uneconomically carried out regardless of the performance of an air blower.SOLUTION: An overall heat insulation efficiency is calculated from a quantity, a pressure, and a temperature of blast air sent from an air blower measured as items required for grasping of performance of the air blast, and an increase amount of electric power cost due to lowering of the overall heat insulation efficiency is calculated. The calculated increase amount of electric power cost is compared with a cost for performing repair work, and a time when the increase amount of electric power cost exceeds the cost for performing the repair work is set to an end of the service life of the air blower and a remaining service life of the air blower is calculated.
