Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide drive support information such as a traffic rule in accordance with the level of driver's travel experience in a country or area in which a vehicle is made to travel.SOLUTION: A processing unit (102) for managing the supply of drive support information is provided. The processing unit (102) identifies the country or area in which a vehicle is currently travelling (120), determines whether the travel experience amount of the driver of the vehicle in the country or area arrives at a predetermined reference value (124), and, when the travel experience amount arrives at the reference value, stops the output of at least a part of the drive support information in the country or area in which the vehicle is currently travelling (126).
