Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin magnetic field detection apparatus by allowing functions of three magnetic field detection elements in X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis on one substrate.SOLUTION: In a three-dimensional magnetic field detection element, two of four magnetic field detection elements are arranged, on a substrate plane, along a first given axial direction, and the other two of them are arranged along a second axial direction intersecting with the first axial direction, around the original point by using a magnetic field detection element for detecting a magnetic field in a direction parallel to a magnetic field detection element axis. The three-dimensional magnetic field detection element further includes a magnetic field detection unit having a magnetic circuit formed between the magnetic field detection element and a soft magnetic material by a structure in which a soft magnetic member is arranged in the substrate below the original point and arranged above an end opposite to the original point of the four elements, thereby effectively detecting magnetic field intensities in the X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis directions from outputs of the four magnetic field detection elements.
