PANEL-TYPE GAS PASSAGE MECHANISM AND GAS PROPERTIES MEASUREMENT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel-type gas passage mechanism capable of securely and easily connecting thereto a plurality of gas instruments and to provide a gas properties measurement device capable of easily forming a predetermined gas piping structure.SOLUTION: A panel-type gas passage mechanism comprises: an elastic gas passage pattern sheet, which has continuous projections formed so as to form recessions surrounding predetermined regions on one surface thereof; and a pair of holding plates for clamping and pressure holding the gas passage pattern sheet. A plurality of gas channels are formed by the respective recessions and an inner surface of one holding plate opposing to the protrusions, and the gas channels are unitized in a state of being independent from each other in the plane direction. A gas properties measurement device includes the panel-type gas passage mechanism, and a plurality of gas instruments for measuring gas properties are inter-connected by the gas channels of the panel-type gas passage mechanism and are unitized.
