Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment method of a heat exchanger in which a stain-proofing coating film having excellent appearance characteristics and stain-proofing characteristics is evenly and uniformly formed on a surface of a heat exchanger by a simple device, and to provide the surface treatment device of the heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A surface treatment method of a heat exchanger is used for forming a coating film on a heat exchanger (1) including a heat transfer pipe (11) and a metal fin (12) and includes: an application step where an upper porous resin (2) which supplies a coating liquid (4) to the heat exchanger is placed in contact with an upper end surface of the heat exchanger and a lower porous resin (3) which absorbs an extra portion of the coating liquid in the heat exchanger is placed in contact with a lower end surface of the heat exchanger to apply the coating liquid to the heat exchanger; and a liquid draining step where the upper porous resin is removed from the upper end surface of the heat exchanger and the coating liquid in the heat exchanger is drained with the lower porous resin left in contact with the lower end surface of the heat exchanger. |
