(In the formula, Xto Xare identical or different and each represents a nitrogen atom, or a carbon atom that may have a monovalent substituent, where at least one of Xto Xrepresents a nitrogen atom; and a central metal atom M represents a metal atom belonging to one of groups 1 to 3, 12 and 13 in the periodic table.)
