Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a biaxially oriented film that is excellent in impact strength and deep draw forming, a biaxially oriented film, and a laminated film.SOLUTION: An polyamide resin composition composed of Ny6 is melt extruded to yield an original film (original bubble), which is then subjected to tubular type simultaneous biaxial orientation under the condition such that the maximum strain velocity in both MD direction and TD direction is 2.5 secor more, and the draw ratio in both MD direction and TD direction is 2.8 folds or more as well as the draw ratio in the MD direction is less than the draw ratio in the TD direction, and followed by heat setting at temperature of 160°C or more and 215°C or less. A biaxially oriented film having a high strength of impact strength of 75000 J/m or more and excellent in deep draw forming, is obtained. |
