Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a biaxially oriented film that is excellent in impact strength and easy-tearing, a biaxially oriented film, and a laminated film.SOLUTION: With respect to a raw material of 100 mass% that was melt kneaded in a blending ratio of Ny6 by 40 mass% or more and 85 mass% or less, and MXD6 by 15 mass% or more and 60 mass% or less, a material composed of Ny6, and MXD6 with melting point of 233°C or more and 238°C or less, which was subjected to a thermal hysteresis, is added by 5 mass% or more and 40 mass% or less, and followed by melt extruding the same to form an original film. The original film is biaxially oriented in an MD direction and a TD direction at the speed such that the maximum strain velocity of both MD direction and TD direction is 2.5 secor more, and followed by heat setting, to yield a biaxially oriented film having an impact strength of 50000 J/m or more and an Elmendorf tear strength of 65 N/cm or less. |
