Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte membrane/electrode structure ensuring excellent power generation performance by discharging surplus water from an anode electrode and a cathode electrode while maintaining excellent wet state of the electrolyte membrane, thereby diffusing reaction gas easily.SOLUTION: Porous layers 34, 42 are interposed between the electrode catalyst layers 30, 38 of a set of electrodes 26, 28 constituting an electrolyte membrane/electrode structure 12 and gas diffusion layers 32, 40. The superimposed bodies 35, 43 of the gas diffusion layers 32, 40 and the porous layers 34, 42 have a percolation pressure of 10-100 kPa, and a steam discharge rate of 18.0-19.0 mg/cmmin. More preferable percolation pressure of the superimposed bodies 35, 43 is 15-80 kPa. Any one of the porous layers 34, 42 may be omitted. |
