Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a fin-integrated tube which does not interpose a solder material therein without the need for a large-scaled device and a long period of manufacturing time, at high quality, and obtain an automobile heat exchanger which is inexpensive and high in performance.SOLUTION: A base end of a cylindrical raw material tube 2' is rotatably held to a tube holding part 3, rolling rollers 41 to 43 surrounding an external peripheral face of the tube from three directions are arranged at a tip side at prescribed lead angles, and a rolling roller head 4 is sent to the axial direction. Shapes of crests R of many mountain portions 44 of each of the rolling rollers 41 to 43 are gradually changed in their axis directions so that widths of the crests R gradually become large from one end side toward the another end side of the rolling roller for serving as a gradually changing roller. The rolling rollers 41 to 43 cooperate to process the cylindrical raw material tube 2' in such a manner that a thickness of its outer periphery is deformed in helical protrusion and it is gradually expanded to erect from the tube in a fin shape. |
