PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of failure caused by touching electronic components unnecessary for work when performing work on an electric box from outside.SOLUTION: A ventilation device 1 includes: a body C; blowers 50A and 50B provided in the body C; and an electric box 80 which is accommodated in the body C, and in which a plurality of electronic components 91-94 including mechanism components which are electrically connected to the blowers 50A and 50B and in which work is done from outside are installed inside. The body C has: a box accommodation part 24 having a recess part in which the electric box 80 is accommodated; and a lid body 70 for covering the box accommodation part 24. Furthermore, the electric box 80 has an opening 82 on a surface facing the lid body 70, and it includes: a housing 81 having a hollow part 81H; and a partition wall 83 for dividing the hollow part 81H in the housing 81 into shield space CA shielded from the opening 82 and open space which connects to the opening 82 and in which mechanism components 91 and 92 are installed.
