Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall-holding method for easily and surely disassembling the building inside and advancing new construction work, while leaving the preservation outer wall, by preventing overturning of the preservation outer wall.SOLUTION: A main column corresponding to a height of an outer wall is vertically erected on the ground along one surface out of inner and outer surfaces of a preservation outer wall part designated as being preserved in an existing building or a not preserving outer wall part undesignated as to be preserved. The main columns are mutually supported by assembling a support frame by connecting the respective main columns by a lateral tie beam material in the horizontal direction. A horizontal support arm of projecting to an opposite side surface is installed by using an opening part of a preservation outer wall from the respective main columns. A holding frame for supporting the opposite side surface of the preservation outer wall is assembled in a lattice structure in the vertical-horizontal direction by using the support arm. An overhead support frame is installed between upper end parts of the main columns for holding at least two outer walls, and an existing outer wall holding structure of a three-dimensional structure is constructed by connecting it to the upper end parts of the respective main columns.
