Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a townscape formation method capable of improving amenity particularly in summer by making use of a natural environment.SOLUTION: A townscape is formed on the basis of a phenology guide 21 edited about information on one-year climate in at least a district where a residential area is formed, so as to enable a townscape to be formed in conformity with local climate and particularly enable amenity to be improved in summer in a June-September period when a local mean air temperature exceeds about 20°C by making use of a natural environment.
