Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-melt adhesive film comprising a modified polyolefin resin, which can suppress poor appearance caused by irregularities derived from fish eyes of the adhesive layer.SOLUTION: A hot-melt adhesive film with reduced fish eyes can be produced by using a resin obtained from monomers of a specific composition ratio when an aromatic vinyl monomer and a polar group-containing vinyl monomer are grafted to a polyolefin. When a laminate is formed using the film, irregularities derived from fish eyes do not appear on a design surface and it is possible to suppress poor appearance of the laminate.
