PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat capable of properly preventing a passenger from sliding forward by pressing a sheet pad of a sheet cushion efficiently and properly upward by an air bag in a case of a collision of a vehicle although reducing the total capacity of the air bag.SOLUTION: An air bag 3 disposed below a sheet cushion 1 is provided with a tether 31 which partitions the air bag 3 into a front part 3a and a rear part 3b and makes the interiors of those front part 3a and rear part 3b communicate with each other, base cloth 6 for air bag expansion restriction which connects both front and rear ends of the air bag 3 to each other is provided below the air bag 3. When the air bag 3 expands, the base cloth 6 restricts expansion of the air bag in front and rear directions, so that the air bag 3 can swell upward in a substantially bent shape having a bent part at the position where the tether 31 is provided.
