Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing concrete having desired characteristics capable of flexibly producing arbitrary concrete having the desired characteristics such as strength and the like by changing the mixing ratio of existing cement using an existing cement production plant.SOLUTION: In a method for producing concrete having desired characteristics by mixing two or more kinds of existing cement using an existing concrete plant, a compound composition when the existing cement is portland cement and a compound composition and the amount of an admixture when the existing cement is mixed cement are analyzed in advance by, for example, a powder X-ray diffraction Rietveld method. The amount of mixing ratio of analyzed two or more kinds of the existing cement is determined according to the desired characteristics of the concrete. The concrete having the desired characteristics is produced by mixing the two or more kinds of the existing cement.
