Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress functional damage and stop of the whole facility due to damage of light electric system devices which is caused by lightning.SOLUTION: A switch driving section 126 at a second point 102 being a remote place is controlled to control open/close of a switch 125 by operating a switch driving section 111 installed at a first point 101, and power supply to a light electric system measurement and communication device 122 is controlled. Due to this control, when the light electric system measurement and communication device 122 is stopped, a heavy electric system power receiving and driving device 121 which is controlled by the light electric system measurement and communication device 122 maintains the control state before the stop.
