Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent increase in an error resulting from performing correction with no peak wavelength in input light when the input light is used as reference light for correction of a measurement wavelength at which an optical channel monitor measures light intensity.SOLUTION: A controller 17 includes a correction interruption section 20 that interrupts correction of a measurement wavelength by an optical channel monitor 16 when a peak wavelength of input light is not detected; a determination section 21 that determines presence/absence of the peak wavelength of the input light when the input light of an intensity greater than or equal to a predetermined intensity is detected; and a correction permission section 22 that permits the interrupted correction of the measurement wavelength to be started when the determination section 21 determines that the peak wavelength is present.
