RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND PAGING PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize paging processing for locating a position of a mobile terminal in an idle state.SOLUTION: A radio communication system comprises a session management device which manages a radio communication session of a mobile terminal, and a paging processing device. The paging processing device holds first information associating the session management device and a plurality of base station addresses. The paging processing device receives a paging processing request packet including a mobile terminal identifier from the session management device. The paging processing device generates a plurality of paging packets which includes the mobile terminal identifier included in the paging processing request packet, includes the respective base station addresses acquired from the first information as transmission destination addresses, and requests to verify whether a mobile terminal indicated by the mobile terminal identifier exists.
