CIRCUIT BOARD AND CIRCUIT DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board in which a conductor is easily positioned when attached to an insulating substrate, and to provide a circuit device using the circuit board.SOLUTION: The circuit board includes: an insulating substrate 2 which has a mounting surface 6 for mounting a circuit component 5 and a circuit pattern connected to the circuit component 5; and a bus bar 3 which is arranged on the insulating substrate 2, is connected to the circuit component 5 or the circuit pattern, and constitutes a conducting path. A through hole 10 and a penetration hole 14 which penetrate the insulating substrate 2 and the bus bar 3 in a plate thickness direction and through which a lead part 5p of the circuit component 5 is inserted are respectively formed in the insulating substrate 2 and the bus bar 3 at a position where the insulating substrate 2 and the bus bar 3 overlap.
