Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film thermoelectric conversion element formed on a film-like base material in which a large temperature difference can be obtained, which has high flexibility and is easily installed to a curved surface.SOLUTION: An electric insulation sheet 1 in which a thin-film thermoelectric conversion element is formed is formed into a wave shape, and a bottom part 1b is fixed onto a heat exchange sheet 2. A top part 1a of the electric insulation sheet 1 is protected by installing a heat collector 8 formed by using a material with high thermal conductivity because it is predicted that the top part 1a of the electric insulation sheet 1 is most intensely worn by friction and shock at the time of handling. With this structure, a thermoelectric conversion element which is flexible and has excellent adhesion to a curved surface, and in which a large temperature difference can be obtained can be realized. Moreover, a pipe 5 consisting of an insulation material is installed in a space surrounded with the electric insulation sheet 1 bent in the wave shape and the heat exchange sheet 2 in order to improve the mechanical strength of the element. |
