Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: a client is not able to properly negotiate with an insurance company for a casualty insurance claim since the client is not familiar with an insurance claim; and claim procedures of casualty insurance is complicated, and it is difficult to claim the appropriate amount of damages.SOLUTION: There are an agency group A including an agency A1, an affiliated store A2, and a construction contractor A3, a client B, and insurance company C; the affiliated store A2 finds out the client B under disaster damage. When it is confirmed that the client has fire insurance, a casualty insurance billing system executes the claim for insurance to an insurance company by proxy after it introduces the client to agency A1 and the agency consults with the client.
