PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely analyze customer segments of customers entering a shop.SOLUTION: The customer segment analyzer includes: a customer segment determination section 51 that determines customer segments of customers based on video information taken by a camera 1 which takes video of customers and acquires customer segment information as a determination result; a customer segment ratio acquisition section 53 that acquires the ratio of the respective customer segments based on the customer segment information; a customer number acquisition section 54 that acquires sales information from a POS work station 4 which manages sales information on order and payment of the customers and acquires the number of customers based on the sales information; a customer segment number acquisition section 55 that acquires the number of customers in each customer segment by reflecting the ratios of the respective customer segments to the number of customers; and an output information generation section 56 that generates output information as an analysis result based on the number of customers in each customer segment. The output information generation section generates customer segment tendency information relevant to a variation tendency in the number of customers in each customer segment as the output information based on the number of customers in each customer segment in a predetermined unit period which is acquired in a time series.
