Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seamless belt that can obtain sufficient electric characteristics even when a small amount of a conductive resin is added to a surface layer, and satisfies necessary requirements in an image forming apparatus such as cleanability and contamination resistance of a photoreceptor.SOLUTION: A seamless belt includes at least a base material layer and a surface layer. The surface layer is formed of at least a thermoplastic resin, and a conductive resin including a polyether unit and having an endothermic peak between 20°C and 70°C in a DSC curve; and a ratio of the conductive resin to the thermoplastic resin in the surface layer is 1 to 10 weight%.
