Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an intermediate transfer belt for achieving an electrophotographic device with high durability and high image quality that has flexibility and excellent toner releasability, can achieve a high transfer rate irrespective of the type of a transfer medium, is sustainable for a long period, and causes no damage to an organic photoreceptor.SOLUTION: An intermediate transfer belt has a toner image transferred thereto that is obtained by developing a latent image formed on an image carrier with toner, and includes a base layer 11, and an elastic layer 12 laminated on the base layer 11. The elastic layer 12 contains an elastic body and spherical resin particles 13, and has a concave-convex shape formed on the surface; and the spherical resin particles 13 are formed of two or more types of spherical particles having different frictional electrostatic charging series.
