Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve corrosion resistance of a cooling medium flow passage forming member while preventing a fin from being dropped from the cooling medium flow passage forming member in an exhaust heat exchanger in which the cooling medium flow passage forming member and the fin are joined by brazing.SOLUTION: An exhaust heat exchanger comprises: a cooling water flow passage forming part 3 where cooling water is circulated internally and exhaust air is circulated externally; and an alloy fin 22 joined to an outer surface of the cooling water flow passage forming part 3 by brazing. The cooling water flow passage forming part 3 is formed from a clad material resulting from cladding a brazing filler material 32 for joining the fin 22. A potential of the brazing filler material 32 is made lower than that of a core material 31. To an alloy material forming the fin 2, a first component is added which makes a potential of a main component of the alloy material noble. To an alloy material forming the core material 31 of the cooling water flow passage forming part 3, a second component is added which makes a potential of a main component of the alloy material noble. The first component and the second component are the same metal component.
