Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that can effectively carry out the purification of NMP.SOLUTION: Pervaporation separation means 18, in which a concentration chamber and a permeation chamber are separated by a separation membrane, selectively pervaporates moisture from NMP aqueous solution supplied to the concentration chamber from heating means, into the permeation chamber via the separation membrane, to yield water vapor as well as to yield dewatered NMP in the concentration chamber. Exhaust means 44, which is connected to the permeation chamber of the pervaporation separation means 18, exhausts from the permeation chamber. Cooling means 40a, 40b cool the exhaust from permeation chamber and remove condensed water from the exhausts in gas liquid separation means 42. Meanwhile, the cooling means 40a, 40b provide sufficient cooling to freeze the moisture in the exhaust discharged from the permeation chamber.
