Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate electrostatic charges remaining in the inside of an electronic component.SOLUTION: In a method to eliminate electrostatic charges 10 remaining in the inside of a liquid crystal display panel 1(electronic component) with a lamination structure having a region 17 surrounded by insulating layers 15, 16 in the inside thereof, the surface of the liquid crystal display panel 1 is irradiated with a soft X-ray 35, which is generated by impressing a voltage of 10-30kV on an X-ray tube 31, at an angle of 45-90° from a position separated from the surface of the crystal display panel 1 by 30 cm or less, and the soft X-ray 35 is made to permeate the inside of the liquid crystal display panel 1 to eliminate the electrostatic charges 10 remaining in the region 17 surrounded by the insulating layers 15, 16. Internal photoelectric effect is caused by irradiating the liquid crystal display panel 1 with the soft X-ray permeable in an insulating material, and the electrostatic charges 10 remaining in the region 17 surrounded by the insulating layers 15, 16 are substantially removed. |
