Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graft polymer excellent in optical characteristics, which can improve compatibility between a polymer having a cyclic structure in a main chain and a general-purpose resin such as a styrene resin and a (meth)acrylic-based resin, and to provide a method for producing the graft polymer.SOLUTION: There is provided the method for producing a graft polymer, comprising polymerizing a resin [A] which is obtained by polymerizing monomer components including a monomer represented by formula (II) (in the formula, Ris a hydrogen atom or an organic group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms), with an unsaturated monomer [B] in the presence of a radical generator [C].
