Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for alleviating suffering due to harmful organisms when corn is cultivated.SOLUTION: The method for alleviating suffering due to harmful organisms, when corn is cultivated, comprises: a step (A) of ditching a farm field; a step (B) of scattering seeds of corn in each of ditches formed at the step (A); a step (C) of applying chlorpyrifos and one or more selected from a compound group (I): clothianidin, thiamethoxam, imidacloprid and thiacloprid to seed-scattered ditch; and a step (D) of closing the ditch applied thus.
