MANUFACTURING APPARATUS OF SOLID COSMETIC, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SOLID COMPACT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a solid cosmetic, which can surely suppress falling of burr on a surface of the solid cosmetic thereby improving an appearance of the solid cosmetic.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus 1 of a slid cosmetic comprises: preliminary compacting means 3; discharge means 8; and suction means 9. The solid cosmetic C1 filled in a cosmetic dish C2 is pressed and compacted to manufacture the solid cosmetic. The preliminary compacting means 3 applies pressing process to the cosmetic C1 filled in the cosmetic dish C2 and compacts the solid cosmetic C1. The discharge means 8 blows off a redundant cosmetic C1 above a surface of the solid cosmetic C1 by discharging air toward the surface of the solid cosmetic C1 compacted by the preliminary compacting means 3. The suction means 9 sucks the solid cosmetic C1 blew out by the discharge means 8.
