Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparation of a flavor seasoning capable of simply controlling and/or favorably producing with industrial scale by using a serious recipe without needing a complicated implement.SOLUTION: A method for preparation of a flavor seasoning includes: (i) a process of providing a composition including a fruit syrup and one or plural ingredients selected from the group consisting of a hydrolysate of plant proteins, an autolysis yeast and fermented soy beans and/or wheats; (ii) a process of promoting a Maillard reaction by heating the composition; and (iii) a process of drying the composition.
